I conclude the Ironman Gulf Coast 70.3 series with my friend Craig Clark. Craig talks about his journey in the sport and how he has successfully lost a great amount of weight with the lifestyle change he made five years ago.  During the race he talks about a few different strategies he uses to have a solid day.  He mentions how he would not be able to have this type of success in his life, training, and racing without the support of his family.  He passes on some tips that anyone can use for their racing and training.
