In this episode, I talk with Ultraman Athlete Jamie Harris. We go into detail on how she pulled off a 5th place finish at Ultraman Florida this year. We discover what type of training she was doing prior to the race, how she felt this year compared to her previous experience at Ultraman Florida last year.
