296 – Vermont’s 100 – Faith Strafach (DNF)

This is a long episode.  But this is about an ultra-marathon that is among one of the most notorious in the world.  Vermont’s 100 is an established race that has been around for years.  Boasting an incredible 17,000 feet of gain over the course of the 100 miles journey it takes runners on it is also among the toughest. While this is already a tough race, Faith and her friends raced the race on one of the hottest weekends of the year.  This race took place on the same weekend as the NYC Triathlon that was cancelled due to the heat. Thank you for sharing your story Faith, good luck next year!
